The files listed below are available for download (by clicking on the file name). You can choose to register online by uploading your registration form using the Submit Registration link.

If you intend to compete in Sumac Slide 2015, please complete a version of the Sumac Slide Entry Form 2015 and return it to us no later than August 7, 2015. After this date, there will be a post entry fee of $20 per class. 

The cancellation/refund policy for stalls is as follows:
  • If a registrant cancels prior to July 30, s/he will receive a 75% refund

  • If a registrant cancels between July 30 - Aug 1, s/he will receive a 50% refund

  • If a registrant cancels after Aug 1, s/he will receive no refund.


Bedding is available $8 per bale.

Stall fees are  $100.00 Thursday, Friday & Saturday NIGHTS. All or any. There will be no tack stalls.

Ground fee $25 (for showing off trailer)

Hook Up fees $35.00 per night or $100 for 3 nights

All horse must be vaccinated for Flu, Tetanus & Rhino. Proof must be received prior to arriving at Sumac Farms.
